Competitive Salary & Benefits:

• Negotiable Base Salary depending on your skills and experience
• On-Target Earnings of £30,000 to £40,000 with excellent bonus potential
• 30 days annual leave (22 days + Bank Holidays), increasing after 5 years

The Role:

• Use your technical expertise to perform services, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles, including minor and major mechanical work.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and utilize diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle needs.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent). Level 2 candidates are also welcome!
• Ideally Hybrid/EV trained; we provide training if needed.
• Previous experience in car servicing and repair (main dealership or independent garage preferred).
• A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for outstanding customer service.
• A valid UK Driving Licence is essential.
