We’re welcoming Vehicle Technicians and Mechanics of various levels to join our expanding workshop team.

BASIC SALARY GUIDE:

Master / Senior Diagnostic Technicians

• £18.10 – £19 per hour
• £39,530 – £41,496 per year

Level 3 Technicians – with diagnostic skills

• £15.84 – £16.52 per hour
• £34,595 – £36,080 per year

Level 3 Service & Maintenance Technicians

• £13.80 – £14.93 per hour
• £30,140 – £32,607 per year

Level 2 PDI, Prep & Accelerator Technicians

• £13 per hour
• £28,392 per year

ADDITIONAL PAY YOU’LL RECEIVE IN ALL ROLES:

Efficiency/ Time Saved Bonus Scheme

• Up to £500 per month
• Up to £6,000 per year

£2,000 Joining Bonus

• £1,000 after 3 months of continuous employment
• £1,000 after 6 months and successful completion of probation

What you’ll be doing – depending on your level and experience

• Carry out services, repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles
• Utilise diagnostic equipment to identify and address issues
• Diagnose faults across mechanical, electrical and EV systems
• Road test vehicles before and after repair work
• Communicate with customers to explain repair findings and recommendations
• Complete documentation accurately and efficiently

What qualifications and experience you’ll need

• NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• For PDI, Prep & Accelerator Technicians, NVQ Level 2 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair is adequate
• Experience working in an independent garage or main franchised dealership
• Motivation to develop your skills
• Must hold a full UK driving licence

Hours

• 42 hours per week
• Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
• Saturdays on a rota 8:30am-12:30pm
