Service Advisor – Drive Motor Retail (Stockton-On-Tees)

As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring their vehicle service experience is smooth, efficient, and hassle-free.

Package Details:

  • Competitive Basic Salary: £28,571.40
  • Uncapped Earnings Potential: Average OTE of £37,500+ per annum
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8am – 5.30pm) – NO WEEKENDS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
  • Organize and book vehicle services, keeping customers informed and satisfied throughout the process
  • Sell and promote dealership services and products, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Maintain high standards of communication and service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support the Aftersales team in achieving department objectives

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • valid driver’s license

Requirements:

  • Follow all Health & Safety and Company administrative procedures
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard
  • Be well-mannered, courteous, and ready to go the extra mile for customers
