Vacancy: Parts Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity available for an individual with previous automotive industry experience.

If you’re either a successful Parts Advisor or an experienced Car Sales Executive, wanting to move into a parts role, please apply.

Salary:

• Basic salary £28,000-£30,000
• Plus bonus potential of £4,000
• OTE £34,000

As a Perrys Parts Advisor, you will cover a wide range of tasks including:

• Assist customers and process orders via telephone, online and face-to-face
• Identify customer parts requirements
• Use of the DMS and Electronic Parts Catalogue
• Conducting outbound sales calls and contacting customers with special offers
• Ordering and booking out parts
• Invoicing and taking payments
• Selling parts directly to both retail and trade customers

Skills, qualities and experience required:

• A technical automotive background or proven experience working with car parts
• Ability to grow sales with new and existing customers
• Good communication skills and excellent telephone manner
• Knowledge of car parts
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• PC and web literate
• Previous experience working for a car dealership or motor parts company

Hours:

• Monday to Friday 08.00- 17.00
• 1 in 2 Saturdays 08.30 – 12.30
