Service Advisor

Salary:

• £30,000 basic annual salary
• Plus bonus of up to £6,000 per year (paid monthly)
• £32,000 – £36,000 OTE

As a Service Advisor in a car dealership, you’ll be the link between our customers and the workshop and will manage their experience from beginning to end.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcome customers and guide them through the service process with a friendly and professional approach
• Book appointments, prepare job cards, and manage workshop scheduling efficiently
• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers, keeping everyone updated throughout the day
• Upsell service plans, Vehicle Health Checks (VHC), and seasonal offers where appropriate
• Handle customer queries and minor complaints professionally and empathetically
• Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with brand and environmental standards

What you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
• Car Dealership Service Advisor experience is beneficial (but not required)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A calm, confident approach, even under pressure
• Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
• A full UK driving licence
