Service Advisor – Drive Motor Retail (Stockton-On-Tees)

As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring their vehicle service experience is smooth, efficient, and hassle-free.

Package Details:
- Competitive Basic Salary: £28,571.40
- Uncapped Earnings Potential: Average OTE of £37,500+ per annum
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8am – 5.30pm) – NO WEEKENDS

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
- Organize and book vehicle services, keeping customers informed and satisfied throughout the process
- Sell and promote dealership services and products, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Maintain high standards of communication and service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support the Aftersales team in achieving department objectives
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- A valid driver’s license
Requirements:
- Follow all Health & Safety and Company administrative procedures
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard
- Be well-mannered, courteous, and ready to go the extra mile for customers
