Hours:
- Full Time – Perminant
- Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 18.00pm

The role:
We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Service Manager to lead our service department and help take it to the next level. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys developing others, thrives on targets, and genuinely cares about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You’ll be trusted to run the department, motivating your team, exceeding financial targets, and building strong relationships both internally and with our manufacturing partners.
- At least 3 years’ experience in people management (line to mid-level management)
- A proven track record of leadership with strong emotional intelligence
- A target-driven and ambitious mindset
- Experience coaching and developing individuals with different learning styles
- Strong business and analytical skills, with the confidence to spot issues and act
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
As Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the service department, leading by example and creating a culture of excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Exceeding monthly financial net profit targets
- Ensuring your team consistently delivers an outstanding customer experience
- Managing:
- Workshop Controller, Customer Service Advisors and Technicians
- Developing, coaching, and supporting a team
- Driving performance through KPIs and ensuring targets are exceeded
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety policies
- Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturing partners
