On behalf of their client, Calex Automotive Recruitment are seeking and experienced Vehicle Technician to join at Desira Motors based in Norwich.

You will join the family owned motor group that prides themselves on providing exceptional service.


  • Basic Salary from £30,000 pa


  • Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm


  • Proven Vehicle Technician experience
  • Level 2 Vehicle Technician Qualification (Required)
  • Level 3 Vehicle Technician Qualification (Required)
  • Ability to carry out MOT advantageous
  • Comfortable working to deadlines
  • Confidently manage your own work load
  • Team player
  • Knowledge of how to use modern
  • Desire to continually develop
  • Full UK driving licence

The role:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
  • Preform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • MOT Testing.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Utilize diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and address issues.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and industry trends.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace.
  • Communicate successfully with customers where needed to explain repair findings and recommendations.
