SALARY GUIDE
Master / Diagnostic Technician (Peugeot)
- Basic pay £40,000
- + bonus potential £6,600
- OTE £46,600
Level 3 Vehicle Technician / Mechanic (Peugeot & Citroen)
- Basic pay £32,000-£34,000
- + bonus potential £6,600
- OTE £38,600-£40,600
Hours:
- Monday to Thursday 8:15am-5:00pm
- Friday 8:30am-4:00pm
- Only 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:00am-1:00pm

Level 3 Vehicle Technicians:
What you’ll be doing
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work on customer vehicles
- Diagnose and resolve a range of mechanical and electrical faults
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and right first time
- Prepare and quality‑check vehicles prior to customer handover
- Maintain high levels of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction
Skills and experience required
- NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 1 year qualified experience
- Confident using modern diagnostic tools and equipment
- Strong mechanical skills
- A proactive approach to learning and development
- Full, clean driving licence
Diagnostic / Master Technicians:
What you’ll be doing
- Diagnose and resolve the most complex vehicle faults
- Provide technical expertise and mentoring to other technicians
- Preparation and quality control of prestige vehicles ready for sale
- Support in maintaining the highest levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction
Skills and experience required
- NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3-5 years qualified experience
- Exceptional diagnostic skills and advanced mechanical knowledge
- Previous experience as a Diagnostic or Master Technician or equivalent senior level role
- Full, clean driving licence
