SALARY GUIDE

Master / Diagnostic Technician (Peugeot)

• Basic pay £40,000
• + bonus potential £6,600
• OTE £46,600

Level 3 Vehicle Technician / Mechanic (Peugeot & Citroen)

• Basic pay £32,000-£34,000
• + bonus potential £6,600
• OTE £38,600-£40,600

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday 8:15am-5:00pm
• Friday 8:30am-4:00pm
• Only 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:00am-1:00pm

Level 3 Vehicle Technicians:

What you’ll be doing

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work on customer vehicles
• Diagnose and resolve a range of mechanical and electrical faults
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and right first time
• Prepare and quality‑check vehicles prior to customer handover
• Maintain high levels of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction

Skills and experience required

• NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 1 year qualified experience
• Confident using modern diagnostic tools and equipment
• Strong mechanical skills
• A proactive approach to learning and development
• Full, clean driving licence

Diagnostic / Master Technicians:

What you’ll be doing

• Diagnose and resolve the most complex vehicle faults
• Provide technical expertise and mentoring to other technicians
• Preparation and quality control of prestige vehicles ready for sale
• Support in maintaining the highest levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction

Skills and experience required

• NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 3-5 years qualified experience
• Exceptional diagnostic skills and advanced mechanical knowledge
• Previous experience as a Diagnostic or Master Technician or equivalent senior level role
• Full, clean driving licence
