Salary:

• Basic salary £35,000 – £37,000
• PLUS Uncapped bonus – guaranteed for first 3 months
• OTE STARTING FROM £39,000
• 3 month guaranteed bonus upon joining

Hours:

• Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
• 1 hour lunch break
• ONLY 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.30am – 12.30pm
• FLEXIBLE 4 DAY WORKING WEEK AVAILABLE – This can be discussed at interview stage

Qualifications and experience required:

• Minimum of Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification
• Experience at a Diagnostic or Master Technician level, ideally within a main dealership
• EV / Hybrid experience and qualified (desirable)
• MOT Licence (desirable)
• Must hold a full UK driving licence

The role:

• Carry out diagnosis, repair and evaluation of customer vehicles
• Diagnose complex symptoms across a range of vehicles
• Ensure quality and a first time fix of all customer vehicles
• Communicate with customers to fully understand their reported issue
• Complete detailed video vehicle health checks
• Develop your skills & knowledge to stay at the forefront of vehicle technology, including EV and Hybrid Vehicles
• Assist and train your colleagues through mentoring and coaching
• Maintain a clean & safe workshop environment
