Industrial Placements
Your journey with us
Our 1 year Industrial Placement Scheme is designed to provide you with invaluable industry experience, professional skills and an opportunity to secure a future graduate role within The Group. We believe in giving you immediate responsibility as well as outstanding support and a bespoke training plan designed with our Industrial Placement students in mind.
In each placement, you will be fully accountable for delivering results, both in day-to-day operational tasks and through contributing to key strategic projects. An opportunity to see your ideas come to life, making a real difference to the world of Stellantis.
From the start you will be provided with a ‘buddy’ and will be developed and mentored as a part of the structured programme.
Be prepared to grow both personally and professionally. We welcome fresh perspectives, passion, ideas and creativity.
Our Programmes
Commercial
Placement length: 12 months
Salary: £22,500
Location: Hybrid working, visiting Coventry office on a weekly basis
Our Commercial programme covers areas such as Carflow Sales Planning, Logistics, Marketing & Events, Public Relations, Network Development and Parts and Service. Working with our iconic brands you will be given responsibility from day one and develop at an accelerated rate.

HR
Placement length: 12 months
Salary: £22,500
Location: Hybrid working, visiting Coventry office on a weekly basis
Our HR IP programme is designed to give you opportunities to experience the functions of HR. With the focus on finding our HR professionals of the future, these 12 months will really immerse you within the HR world.

Finance
Placement length: 12 months
Salary: £22,500
Location: Hybrid working, visiting Coventry office on a weekly basis
Our Finance programme covers areas such as Commercial Finance, Treasury, Tax and General Accounting. If finance is your future career, this is the programme for you.

Are you the ONE?
- You are an undergraduate currently completing a degree, in any discipline, ideally a business related degree, and working towards a 2:2 minimum grade
- Your degree includes a placement year opportunity that forms an ‘integral and assessed’ part of the course
- You should also have a minimum Grade C/4 in Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications
- A full driving licence is advantageous
- You’ll have the right to work in the UK
- You are a self-motivated, passionate, innovative individual
- You have excellent communication skills and would be able to build strong, collaborative, working relationships with employees and teams across the organisation and at all levels
- You are organised and are good at absorbing information, analysing problems, above all with a creative mindset.

No lengthy application forms here! Our Speed Interview is held over Teams, is 15 minutes long, with a couple of simple questions, and gives you the opportunity to meet a member of the recruitment team.

We pride ourselves in continuing to hold face to face assessment centres. These will be held at either our Head Office, Pinley House, in Coventry, Luton Plant or Ellesmere Port Plant depending on the programme you have applied for. This gives you the opportunity to check out our amazing work spaces!
The half day will include:
- Group Exercise
- Microsoft package testing (depending on programme)
- Interview with Line Manager and HR
You will also have the chance to ask questions and meet to some of our current IPs.

Degree Apprenticeships
Join us on our 3 year, Stellantis Commercial Degree Apprenticeship Programme. From Fleet and Business Sales to Communications, Events and Public Relations, to Human Resources or working with our iconic brands, you have plenty of areas to experience as a part of the programme. You will ‘earn while you study’ for your degree and we will support you all the way. You will also receive dedicated time to study during the working week. Through a number of placements, you will work alongside experienced teams and gain a detailed understanding of the diverse business units that sit within the Stellantis Group in the UK.
We have apprenticeship programmes in many areas of our business:
- Ellesmere Port Manufacturing Plant – opportunities include Engineering, Health & Safety, Finance and Human Resources.
- Luton Manufacturing Plant – opportunities include Engineering, Paint & Body Repair, Supply Chain and Business Administration
