Job Role

Why did you apply to Stellantis?

Since I was a young child, I’ve always had a strong passion for cars. I was therefore excited about the chance to work for a brand established by several automotive companies, along with having the best of both worlds by studying and working on real life projects!

What do you enjoy the most about your programme?

After finishing a two-year placement in Commercial Programmes for Vauxhall, I have recently transitioned into the Events and PR department for eight of the brands under Stellantis.

The challenges in the past two years have forced me to step outside of my comfort zone, and this has helped me grow as a person both personally and professionally.

I have enjoyed working on different projects across the company, meeting different people and being involved in different group settings regardless of the experience I joined Stellantis with.

What are the Perks of working for Stellantis?

Having the opportunity to study a Business Management degree from the University of Northampton and a CMI-sponsored Chartered Management certificate supported by Stellantis has been a great advantage to my professional and personal development.

I have valued ongoing support from my line managers and other senior managers across the group and this support has enabled me to grow, become more confident and perform to the best of my ability.

The opportunity to progress and have different placements within the company has been invaluable and of course the benefits of a comprehensive benefits package, including a great car scheme has been a great bonus.

What advice would you give to others looking to join an early careers programme at Stellantis?

Join the business with an open mind, immerse yourself in whichever area you are assigned to, and network as much as you can, is my suggestion.
