Why did you apply to Stellantis?

I was initially drawn to Stellantis’ iconic brands, all of which have an impressively rich history on a global scale. I was excited by the focus and drive to stay competitive in changing markets. I applied to Stellantis because I wanted to play a part in the success story of becoming the number 1 automaker.

What do you enjoy the most about your programme?

Stellantis stands out as a company focused on supporting and driving new talent. From my initial interview I could see how friendly and inviting everyone is. When I started my role here, I realised my first impression was true. Everyone genuinely cares about one another and will go out of their way to demonstrate this. No matter what stage of your career you are in, everyone treats each other with the same respect. There are so many opportunities to learn from managers, heads of service and directors- so ask questions and make connections.
