Why did you apply to Stellantis?

I applied to Stellantis because it is a large multinational corporation with strong values based on togetherness, innovation and sustainability. There are also plenty of opportunities for growth and networking in such a large global company, and I felt that a degree apprenticeship with Stellantis would be a great opportunity for developing my career further.

What do you enjoy the most about your programme?

Over the 4 years of my apprenticeship, I get to rotate between different departments, which is an amazing opportunity to get experience and a better understanding in numerous areas of the business and to get to know what suits me best. There are so many different opportunities to learn and explore different roles and plenty of people always willing to help.

What are the Perks of working for Stellantis?

The perks of having a degree apprenticeship with Stellantis is that I get to work and develop my career in a fast-evolving industry whilst also obtaining my degree, with the support of my line manager and team. The Car Scheme and Hybrid working are also added perks when working at Stellantis.

What advice would you give to others looking to join an early careers programme at Stellantis?

If I were to give advice to someone wanting to join an early careers programme at Stellantis I would recommend taking up as many opportunities you can, whether this is going to events, taking on extra roles, or meeting new people. They will all be valuable experiences which will help you grow and develop, both professionally and personally.
