The role:

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the link between our customers and the workshop and will manage their experience from beginning to end. You will schedule services and repairs, liaise with our parts team, suggest additional products and services to the customer, and make sure all invoicing is accurate and timely.

Key responsibilities:

  • Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with technicians
  • Booking/scheduling vehicle services
  • Liaising with customers about any additional work required
  • Estimating time and costs associated with repairs
  • Handling customer complaints and responding to customer requests
  • Tracking the vehicle through the workshop
  • Producing customer invoices

Successful applicants will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in automotive service advisor role
  • Experience using Keyloop or Kerridge systems
  • Providing highest level of customer service
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to handle a pressurised environment
  • Basic level of mechanical awareness and a keen interest in the automotive industry
  • Excellent listening, communication and IT skills
  • Confidence to recommend and upsell additional products and services
  • Full UK Driving Licence essential
