Service Advisor

Salary:

• £32,000 annual pay
• + uncapped bonus

Vacancy:

• Experienced Service Advisor with motor industry experience

You’ll be the link between our customers and the workshop and will manage their experience from beginning to end.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcome customers and guide them through the service process with a friendly and professional approach
• Advise customers in relation to their vehicles’ service and repair needs
• Handle all enquiries and ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Keep customers up to date on the status of work being carried out
• Pricing any additional requirements notified by the technician and relaying this to the customer
• Answering any questions regarding technical problems, warranties, services and repairs

We’re looking for candidates the following:

• Previous experience in the same or similar role is essential
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A calm, confident approach, even under pressure
• Experience of delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
• Competence in Microsoft packages
• A full UK driving licence

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm
• 1 hour lunch break
• Only 1 in 3 Saturday rota 8:00am-1:00pm
