Business Manager

We’re seeking a Business Manager to join Evans Halshaw Vauxhall in Newport

• You’ll be working with a growing sales team of high achievers

Salary:

• OTE £60,000 – £65,000
• Basic salary of £26,000 + achievable bonus opportunities

Hours:

• 5 day week on a rota which will include some weekends

What do you need to succeed as a Business Manager?

• A high level of professional acumen and have an outstanding work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to captain a team to obtain outstanding results as well as supporting and leading them
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets monthly
• Influence and negotiation skills
• Excellent relationship building skills, with both your team and customers

What does the Business Manager role involve?

• Driving your sales team to optimise every Finance and Insurance opportunity that comes into the business
• Establish wants and needs of the customer while building a rapport that will retain them to the brand and the business
• Expertly handling the enquiry management process, supporting and motivating your team to convert prospects into customers
• Working under pressure, establishing targets and monitoring performance against budget
• Understanding shortfalls and addressing those with your team and Sales Manager
• Regular feedback to your team, looking at performance, targets and coaching to developing them
