Light Vehicle Technician

We have Vehicle Technician vacancies of various levels at Aston Melton Mowbray

• Main dealer experience is not essential
• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification essential
• A minimum of 2 years’ workshop experience essential

Salary:

• Salary up to £45,000 (depending on your skill level & experience)

Hours:

• Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Every other Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm

The role:

To diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and to high standards.

• Carry out electronic visual health checks (EVHC)
• Ensure all repairs are completed safely, in line with manufacturer guidelines
• Complete all relevant documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Continuously develop your technical knowledge through training and upskilling

Qualifications and experience required:

• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
• Ideally with previous experience in vehicle diagnostics
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to help colleagues and customers alike
• A full and valid UK Driving Licence is essential
