Car Dealership: Lookers Vauxhall, Knowsley Road, St Helens, WA10 4PH

Salary:

• Basic salary of £23,000 – £27,000 (subject to experience)
• Plus bonus potential up to £4,500 per year

Working Hours: 42 hours per week

You’ll work alongside a friendly and hard-working team of Parts Advisors, you will be able to build relationships and manage our customer’s expectations.

The role:

• Work within the parts department, serving internal and external customers, providing advice on products and parts available to them
• Uphold the correct implementation of pricing structures
• Complete all paperwork and requisitions accordingly, in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensure that all customers are dealt with quickly and efficiently with all orders processed on the same day
• Log any discrepancies of stock with the Parts Manager.

We’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience gained in a similar role.
• Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Organisation/admin/computer systems experience
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
• A people person with excellent customer service
• Full UK manual driving licence desirable not essential
