Salary:

• Salary between £28,000 – £35,000 OTE per year

Hours:

• Monday to Friday – day shift
• Saturday morning on a rota with the existing team

We looking for someone who has…

• Previous motor trade experience in this role or similar
• Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using computer systems for scheduling and invoicing
• UK Driving Licence

The role includes to…

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership
• Handle customer inquiries in person and over the phone
• Schedule service appointments and update customers on their vehicle’s progress
• Liaise with the workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of work
• Produce estimates for repair costs and times
• Process payments and invoices
• Quote and sell service plans
• Support with Sales and Marketing
• Maintaining customer service levels, meeting targets set and deadlines
• Advising customers on course of action and invoice any work, whilst maximizing any opportunities to upsell through the vehicle health check process

About Aston Melton Mowbray

You’ll be joining a family business of 35 years, on a 3.5 acre site, who sell new Vauxhalls and all makes of used cars. They also have repairer status for the brands Vauxhall, Peugeot, Citroen and Ford.
