- plus overperformance bonus
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 7.30am-5.30pm
- NO SATURDAYS

As a Service Advisor in a main car dealership, you’ll be the link between our customers and the workshop and will manage their experience from beginning to end.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcome customers and guide them through the service process with a friendly and professional approach
- Advise customers in relation to their vehicles’ service and repair needs
- Handle all enquiries and ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Keep customers up to date on the status of work being carried out
- Pricing any additional requirements notified by the technician and relaying this to the customer
- Answering any questions regarding technical problems, warranties, services and repairs
We’re looking for candidates the following:
- Previous experience as an automotive service advisor is beneficial
- Previous customer facing service experience is essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A calm, confident approach, even under pressure
- Experience of delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
- Competence in Microsoft packages
- A full UK driving licence
