Salary

• Basic Salary from £28,500
• Plus Bonus Opportunity up to £12,000

Hours

• Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
• NO WEEKENDS!

What you’ll do each day

• Liaise with customers regarding outstanding work and follow up on Service Plans.
• Log all appointments, reservations, and MOT’s are added to the Caffyns Database.
• Capture customer email addresses and assist in increasing the customer database.
• Deliver excellent customer service and obtain payments for service work and repairs.
• Maintain communication with the customer whilst their vehicle is at the branch.
• Complete job cards with accurate information.
• Liaise with the Sales Department to promote the sale of new/used vehicles.
• Book out and control ‘courtesy cars’.
• Deal with complaints quickly and effectively.

This is maternity cover for 12 months which may lead to permanent role subject to availability.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to work in a customer focused environment
• Self-prioritise the daily workload according to the business needs
• Can demonstrate the ability to carry out tasks within set timeframes
• Have previous experience in the Motor Industry or similar retail business.
• Knowledge of servicing department procedures.
