Master Technician – Fiat

Salary

• Basic Salary from £35,00 up to £45,000 – dependent on skills & experience
• Plus Bonus – Potential earnings of £6,000

Hours

• Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
• NO WEEKENDS!

The role with include:

• Service & repair vehicles and diagnosing faults
• Ensure quality and a first time fix of all customer vehicles
• Complete detailed video vehicle health checks
• Communicate work progress with your supervisor
• Develop your skills & knowledge via regular training
• Maintain a clean & safe work bay
• MOT testing

Skills, qualifications and experience we’re looking for:

• Ideally level 3 will be considered (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
• At least 5 years experience in a similar role within the motor industry,
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• An ability to be highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
• Possess a positive, can-do attitude
• Manufacturer Trained preferably with Stellantis Brands
• A full and valid UK Driving Licence is essential
