Salary

• Basic Salary Range between £31,000 and £47,780
• A £1,000 signing bonus will be awarded during the first month of employment.
• An additional £1,000 bonus will be provided upon completion of 13 months of service.

Hours

• 42 Hour work week
• Plus additional over-Performance Bonus Opportunity

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

• A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or Level 2
• Experience as a Vehicle Technician in a main franchised workshop
• Your own set of tools
• A full UK driving licence

The role

Depending on your skill level and experience the role will involve:

• Carry out services, repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles, including minor and major mechanical work
• Complete electrical and engine repair work
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and address issues
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace
• Communicate successfully with customers where needed to explain repair findings and recommendations.
