Vacancy for Vehicle Technicians – positions for various levels are available

Salary

• Basic salary range £30,000 to £34,000 (depending on your skill level)
• Plus additional £2,000 bonus for EV trained technicians
• Plus individual monthly performance bonus and a team bonus potential £6,600 uncapped
• Up to £40,600 OTE

Hours

• 42 hours per week
• Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
• ONLY 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:00am – 12:30pm

The skills, qualifications and experience we’re looking for

• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
• Level 2 candidates with main dealership experience will be considered
• Ideally Hybrid / EV trained but if not training will be provided
• Car servicing and repair experience in either a main dealership, independent garage or other car servicing company
• Be enthusiastic, respectful and friendly to guests and colleagues
• Have an honest and diligent approach to work
• A full and valid UK Driving Licence is essential

Depending on your skill level and experience the role will involve

• Carry out services, repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles, including minor and major mechanical work
• Complete electrical and engine repair work
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and address issues
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace
• Communicate successfully with customers where needed to explain repair findings and recommendations.
