Pay: £50,000.00 – £60,000.00 per year

If you’re a car sales expert with at least 2 years relevant experience we’d love to welcome you to the team at Aston Vauxhall Melton Mowbray.

Aston Melton Mowbray Limited is a privately owned family-run 3.5-acre site selling 1600 vehicles a year established in 1989. The Executive is responsible for using a consultative, customer-focused approach to selling new and used vehicles primarily in the Showroom, maximising all opportunities with an ability to sell over 15 units per month, with products and F&I.

Working hours rota between the hours of:

• Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm
• Saturdays 8.30am – 5.00pm
• You will have eight days off per month

The role

Primarily showroom sales but in addition working with the online department.

• Vauxhall New Car Sales – including EV / Hybrid
• Vauxhall & Other Brand Used Car Sales

You’ll be responsible for using a consultative, customer-focused approach to selling new and used vehicles, maximising all opportunities and with an ability to sell over 15 units per month, with products and F&I.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience of successfully selling new and used vehicles
• Be able to prospect and sell in a team-oriented environment
• Be confident and competent in selling electric and hybrid vehicles
• Ability to sell products and service plans
• Be able to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers
• Confidence, drive, energy and hard work ethic
• A well-presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed
• IT proficient
• Motability accredited preferable
• Have a valid UK driving licence
